I expected the warranty support to be a lot more helpful than it was. I reached out thinking it would at least get the issue moving in the right direction, but the whole process felt really slow and kind of circular. I kept getting replies that were very basic, like they were just reading from a script, and none of them actually solved the problem or even made me feel like someone was really looking into it. After going back and forth, I was still basically stuck in the same place I started. It was disappointing because a warranty is supposed to give you some peace of mind, but in this case it didn’t really do much for me. Based on how this was handled, I don’t think I’d buy again if this is what the warranty support is like

It cleans alright for the most part, but I keep noticing dirt left in the corners. Not terrible, just a bit annoying becuase I still have to go back and clean those spots myself

I went with my gut on this one, and I’m glad I did. The battery lasts well for my everyday use, so I haven’t had to worry much about charging it all the time

I did manage to finish everything in the end, but I was kind of confused the whole time and a little frustrated since it seemed like it should’ve been easier.

The coverage details were also really unclear. I was trying to figure out what areas or pool types they actually support, but everything felt vague or missing. Overall, it just wasn’t a smooth or helpful experience for me.
